baby quilt, approximately 42"x 42"
Hand-dyed cotton fabrics, wool batting.
Front: pieced; Back: whole cloth; tied.
The main fabric on the front of this quilt is made using fern leaves, picked just outside my dyeing studio door.
On the back, I've used the same technique, with some unknown little leaves from the neighborhood. The leaves were so small that a silkscreen got involved as well.
